図面データを活用するプロジェクトで、LLM・VLMを活用した推論手法の実装・評価と既存手法の調査に取り組んでいます。精度だけでなく、推論速度や要件に対して必要十分なモデル規模も考慮しています。In a project using drawing data, I implement and evaluate inference methods using LLMs and VLMs while investigating existing approaches. I consider not only accuracy, but also inference speed and an appropriate model size for the requirements.
担当・工夫Responsibilities and approach
- 受注先企業へのヒアリングや製造現場で得た知見を、機械学習モデルの開発に反映Incorporate insights from client interviews and manufacturing sites into model development.
- LLM・VLMを活用した推論手法の実装・評価と、既存手法の調査Implement and evaluate inference methods using LLMs and VLMs, and investigate existing approaches.

機械学習モデルの実験基盤構築Experimentation foundation for machine-learning model development

機械学習モデル開発で生じていたノートブックの乱立や処理の重複を解消するため、新しいモデル開発に利用するプロジェクトテンプレートを作成しました。To address duplicated code and scattered notebooks in model development, I created a project template for developing new machine-learning models.
担当・工夫Responsibilities and approach
- MLflowによるTrain Lossなどの可視化、Hydraによるパラメータ管理を整備Set up visualization of metrics such as training loss with MLflow and parameter management with Hydra.
- コーディングエージェントを前提としたskills・AGENTS.mdを整備Prepared skills and AGENTS.md for development with coding agents.
